Ihtogel Terms and Conditions – Platform Guidelines Malaysia Betting

To use the ihtogel platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. ihtogel reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close the account of any user found not to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must register as an individual — registration on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party is not permitted.

Each individual is only permitted to own one account only at ihtogel. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances or winnings. ihtogel uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name, phone number, email address, and bank details you register must match your real identity. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, affected bets will be returned to the member's account. ihtogel is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the member's end, hardware issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

• The use of bot software, automation, or any unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited.

Ihtogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account under the following circumstances without prior notice. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of ihtogel based on our internal risk assessment and compliance evaluation.

• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age eligibility or jurisdictional requirements.
• Owning or using more than one account under the same or related identity.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid account balance will be returned to you upon completion of the verification process. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or terms violations may be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ihtogel is registered and operates. Any disputes arising will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, and not through ordinary court litigation unless otherwise required by applicable law.
